To be honest, some of the files are good and some are not, but its good if you have antivirus which makes you feel comfortable. I really Love SF because this is the place where i can download HD movies, software, and e-learning. So, its up to you. Its good if you have antivirus.

I have found that SimpleFiles has been one of the best programs I have downloaded from A-Z in all categories. Unfortunately the net is full of viruses and without pro version anti viruses software running in your register, within a short time you will have many problems to deal with. You need SimpleFiles.
